ATHX in-season training incorporates resistance work, core endurance, plyometric and athletic skill work alongside fitness work and a strong focus on mechanics and fundamental athletic skill development.
Our program is designed to improve conditioning and overall athleticism while building speed, power, and the skills to combat repetitive stress injuries over the playing season.

TEAM BASELINE CONCUSSION TESTING
Baseline testing gives a clear picture of function before concussions happen, and a starting point to compare against if an incident occurs.
Returning to play too soon can lead to serious complications; baseline testing helps clinicians make better-informed and safer return-to-play/return-to-work decisions. Having this information for a doctor to make objective decisions on return to play is a key factor in a comprehensive Concussion protocol.
We offer a comprehensive baseline concussion evaluation which includes analysis of reaction time, processing speed and decision-making abilities, as well as balance and visual acuity assessment. In the event of a concussion, we utilize the testing baseline along with a comprehensive post-concussion assessment and rehab plan to get your player back in the game as quickly and safely as possible.

ATHX TRAINING SYSTEM
PHASE 1: RECOVER
PHASE 2: PREPARE
PHASE 3: PERFORM
Phase 1 is a comprehensive foundational strength, power, and movement program geared toward
active recovery and building a base level of conditioning to prepare for the more intense phases of
training to come. Mobility, injury recovery and general conditioning are the focus.
Phase 2 builds on Phase 1 with a more advanced strength and power program. In Phase 2 our athletes start to focus on building and maintaining the explosive speed, power, and agility that they need to achieve maximum athletic performance.
In Phase 3, we optimize work capacity, movement quality, speed, and agility related to your sport in order to prepare for the season.
