The Speed program was designed to explore and introduce various aspects of development and utilization of speed to your advantage. By participating in this program, you will have introductory classes focused on essential technical aspects of running. We will cover topics such as linear running, directional change skills, acceleration techniques, and effective deceleration strategies during the run. Additionally, assessments will be conducted at the beginning and end of the program to monitor your progress. The final results will be compiled and delivered to you after the last assessment, providing a clear insight into your development throughout the program.

The Speed 2 program has been designed with special emphasis on maximizing the potential of linear running. After completing Speed 1 and acquiring essential technical aspects of running, you will be ready for this next challenge. By enrolling in this program, you will participate in advanced classes that delve into the technical nuances of linear running, along with some strength training sessions. Our program is designed to cover advanced topics, such as refined techniques for optimized linear running, acceleration methods, and body positioning strategies during the run. Participating in this program will not only enhance your understanding of linear running but also elevate your skills. Additionally, assessments will be conducted at the beginning and end of the program to monitor your progress. After the final assessment, your results will be provided, offering a perspective on your advancements throughout the program.

*Note that there will be no class holiday weekends which include Easter Long weekend and May Long weekend.
To enroll in our 12 week camp, please book a complimentary athlete test at the link below. This will provide a baseline prior to day 1.
